101 USB-Powered Single-Colour LED Driver Kit
Build USB lamps, decorative lights and custom handicraft lighting around the Smart Handicrafts AS-U-101-SLD. The 101 uses a 5V USB Type-C input and offers touch ON/OFF, continuous 10–100% dimming and brightness memory. This assembly pairs it with a 3W single-colour LED, a two-pin JST lead and an external touch lug.
Can the 101 run from a power bank, charger or laptop?
A compatible 5V USB output can power the driver through its USB-C input. Check the source current rating and the cable for the selected LED load; not every laptop port or low-load power bank is suitable for every configuration.
Does the 101 need a rechargeable battery?
No battery is installed in this kit. Power is supplied externally through USB-C. A power bank, when used, is a separate external supply.
Can this driver switch between warm and cool white?
No. This is a single-colour driver: the installed LED determines the light colour. Short touch switches the light ON/OFF; long touch changes brightness.
Is the complete illustrated kit included with the driver?
