02 What to Include in Your Request
To help us locate the correct information, include:
- Your full name or business name, if previously shared
- Your phone number used for WhatsApp or customer communication
- Your email address used for enquiries, orders or support
- A brief statement requesting deletion of your personal data

Depending on what has been collected, we may delete or anonymize:
- Contact details shared for enquiries or communication
- WhatsApp or support interaction references, where applicable
- Non-essential lead, marketing or contact records
- Website enquiry information linked to your request

Certain information may not be deleted immediately where retention is required for legitimate business or legal purposes, including:
- Invoices, tax records and accounting documentation
- Order, dispatch and payment records needed for compliance
- Records required to resolve disputes, warranty matters or fraud concerns
- Data that must be retained under applicable law or regulatory obligations
05 Processing Timeline
Once we receive a valid request, we will review it and process eligible deletion or anonymization within a reasonable timeframe, subject to required verification and legal retention obligations.
We may contact you if additional information is needed to verify or complete the request.
06 WhatsApp Communication Records
If you have communicated with Smart Handicrafts® through WhatsApp, you may request deletion of personal data associated with that communication.
Deleting information from our internal systems does not automatically remove messages stored locally on your own WhatsApp device.
07 Stop Future WhatsApp Communication
If you only want to stop non-essential WhatsApp messages rather than delete all data:
- Reply STOP to our WhatsApp communication
- Email us at care@smarthandicrafts.com
- Clearly mention that you wish to opt out of non-essential communication
